I got my skirt at Burlington Coat Factory for around 12.00
i got my jacket at TJMaxx I'm guessing for around 15.00 or less the cami is actually a slip my sister got with a dress but it looks just like a regular cami As for shoes I will probably pair this outfit with my blue jean polka dot sneakers I got from Payless for bogo free. I'll show you both pairs below. Hi everyone! As I said last week I am here with an idea for a new post. You probably already read the title so you know that I will be showing you guys some tips for finding clothes.
1. Pick up all potential items and then try them on at once just make sure you only take the limit at a time into the dressing room while either the dressing room worker or your friend/family member you came with watches the rest of them if any. 2. Don't buy clothes you don't actually like. If you are only buying it because you really really want to buy something that is a bad idea. 3. Don't go when you are emotional. 4. If you are looking at skirts scan the bottoms of the row to see which are the length you want. 5. If you want a dress that is too short then consider putting a pencil skirt under it. 6. If you go on their website beforehand you can get an idea of what they have. so you take a little break for a few months of been busy but now I'm back because I have a phone so it's a bit more convenient for me to blog from it. I will start coming up with ideas for posts so check back next weekend.
First I'd like to thank the reader who commented requesting this post, I'm so happy you like my site so much that you commented! I am sorry for your wait, but I've been busy since I do have a job which i will mention in another post with more details but as for right now let's talk about long bridesmaid dresses. Normally bridesmaid dresses have no sleeves at all but it is actually very simple to cover yourself while wearing one since all you need to worry about is chest and arms. There are shrugs for sale that are fancy enough for a wedding but if you can't find the right color you could go with wide a scarf draped over your shoulders and hanging down the sides of your body or tied in front like the picture in the top left. If you also want to cover more chest a better option would be to wear a lace top under your dress like the images below. And if you are supposed to pick your own dress you can always just find one that is already modest if none of these options are appealing, but doing this should be less expensive depending on where you get your dress.
Because I mentioned that we need to listen to christian music I want to help you out some by telling you about a really great Christian band you might not know about called "need to breathe" you should listen to their songs "The Heart" and "Brother" they sound different so make sure to listen to both before denying both, and if you like them listen to some more of their songs and tell me if you liked them! :D
Hi Girls, this is the first of a few posts I will be doing called "How to Wear?" in which I will be telling you how to wear a certain style of clothing that is originally not the most modest. Today I will be focusing on transparent maxi skirts.
The skirt I"m talking about is that one that is sheer with a mini skirt under it but the color is so cute and you really want to buy it. Here's what you can do.
Hi girls, I know this is a fashion website but something that has really been bothering me lately is people who are Pentecostal saved christian or whatever and they listen to bad music. What I mean by bad music in general is music that promotes sex, telling people off, hate, profanity, "getting it on", lust, and everything else christian girls should NOT be associated with. You probably think I'm over doing it or being strict and that listening to that kind of music is fine because you know it's bad. But listening to something over and over is like installing it into your mind and surrounding yourself with it, especially when you sing or dance to it. In the bible it says "I will bless the LORD at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth" When you sing bad music you are not singing praise continually to God. In the scripture above you're probably thinking how in the world can I praise God continually? The answer is by living right. When you live the way he wants you to live you are singing praises unto him. You might be thinking that contradicts what I said earlier but it doesn't because if you think about it would you listen to that kind of music if you could SEE Jesus in your car with you? Because he's always with you. We need to live like he is always there, He sees everything. Okay, another thing someone mentioned about it one time to me is that christian music does not sound as good as normal music, but it is most likely the music on their radio station that they are referencing. There are so many millions of thousands of christian songs out there that I guarantee there are a few you will like, if you just TRY. Christian music can seem boring sometimes but you need to really mean the words you sing to Jesus. The more you love Jesus the easier your life as a Christian will be. I hope you learned something today and are going to try cutting out some negative music, a little at a time. Tips:
Hi everyone! Sorry I have not posted in forever but right now I am back, The reason I was gone is because I've been so busy. I recently got a part time job. I still have school. But anyways I have some more posts planned for you guys and also something I wanted to note is I call this site Modestly Fashionable or ModFash but I just want to say that Modesty should always be before fashion but I think fashion is important because you can look modest but look like a bum. Looking like a bum is never good, so I'm trying to help. I'm doing this website not just for you but for me because I feel like I need help with being modest and not looking like a bum.
Thank you for reading and keep an eye out for those exciting new posts coming soon! |
